Matt’s Fighting for You in CD2!

The Second Congressional District (MN-CD2) means everything to me– I was raised in Lakeville, went to high school in Rosemount, and now I’m raising my family in New Market Township. CD2 is my home. I’m running for Congress because I see the way our district needs a fighter who will stand up for what they believe in, for what their district needs, and who will push for real change in our country.

You probably already know that MN-CD2 is a true battleground seat, with almost equal numbers of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents—and I’m running to represent them all. In the Minnesota State Senate, I worked across the aisle and co-authored more than 60 bipartisan bills, all while staying true to my beliefs and standing up for what’s right.

The Second District stretches from the suburban communities in the South Metro to the corn and soybean farms that cover Greater Minnesota. Our district includes all of Dakota, Scott, and Le Sueur Counties and parts of Washington and Rice Counties.
